Return and Refund/Exchange Policy

Books once sold are non-returnable. We do not replace or exchange the books once sold. However, we accept returns in case of an error at our end, for example, where a wrong product has been shipped or the product is damaged during shipment. In case of returns subject to the fulfillment of the above conditions, customers are entitled to the option of refund or exchange as the case may be. In case of refunds, it may take up to 5-7 working days to process the refunds. Customers are requested to accept these conditions.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any point of time before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation of order will be subject to shipping and processing charges which will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers will be duly informed about the status of shipment.

Shipment and Delivery

We at www.bookwards.in will try to ensure the shipment of the orders on the same working day if the order is placed on or before 3 pm. In other cases, the shipping will be done on next working day. In some circumstances, the processing and shipment might take 2-3 working days as well.

The delivery time will be calculated on state to state, city to city basis. Generally, delivery is attempted in 2-3 working days. In areas where courier service is unavailable, registered post will be attempted which might take 3-5 working days.
